There has been a lot of talk
about the new Ibar golf course near Dolna Banya, Bulgaria
and there has been a lot of speculation as to the prices of
the land around and also of plots not even close to
the course or even worse not even in the green area of the
map above. Black Sea Estates are now able to offer you
regulated and unregulated land in the Ibar Holiday
Zone (the green area of the map above). When purchasing land
there one have to bear in mind also that most of the plots
have been designated for park and recreation facilities and
will never get a planning permission for house or a hotel.
We can offer you the
agricultural land which can obtain a building land
status in and we can help you in the process.
A client of our has
recently acquired a large plot in the area. The plot has
been split into smaller plots and some of these plots are
being resold. You can find them in our database under
ref: AM001 .These plots now have their status changed and
you can apply for planing permission to build a house, villa
or a chalet but not higher than 10m.
We can also offer land in
the white areas around the golf course where planning
permission will be granted but will take longer and more
effort. Therefore the prices of those plots will be lower.
Unfortunately we can not publish any of the hundreds of
plots we have on our books for sale as the
availability and prices alter constantly. For most recent
plots available please give us a call or send us an e-mail
with your requirements.
We have made the effort to
take some pictures of the area in order to show the plots
available. If you click on the map below it will
expand and you will be able to click on the red and yellow
dots to see pictures taken form a plane in the end of
November 2006. |
